Ahki Taylor has curated a series of plant-based wellness excursions in the beautiful Caribbean where she uses the wisdom of the elements of earth, air, fire, water, and spirit to rejuvenate the body & activate the spirit!

We ground into Mother Earth’s healing energy with the practice of walking barefoot & ingesting high-frequency plant-based foods and herbal tinctures.

She uses the ancient practice of Chi-Gong to stimulate blood flow, oxygen & the lymphatic system as daily practice. Guided meditation, breath work, and sound mantras are also used for lung strength & vibrational toning.

Daily sunbathing is a requirement at this retreat to increase Vitamin D levels and strengthen the immune system as well as the sweat glands as detox portals.

Daily ocean bathing for at least 20 minutes a day as well as hydrating coconut water & fruit elixirs make this retreat a treat for hydrotherapy lovers.

Ecstatic dance rituals and plant medicines are used to open the inner eye & the chakras.

Hi, I’m SepsenAhki, Creator of The SuperNatural Woman Retreat. As a Wellness Leader & Holistic Lifestyle Coach, I love curating safe spaces for women to restore and rejuvenate spiritually, mentally & physically. I believe strongly in the power of sisterhood and its’ ability to support us through life’s journey. This is what SNW is all about. A circle of sisterhood sharing sacred space to HEAL and tap into our SuperNatural Powers!
Last year I decided to do something crazy and move overseas for a more simple & peaceful life, but I had to find a way to take you all with me! So, what did I do? I set out to create my seventh annual SuperNatural Women Retreat all around the Caribbean Sea.
Cradled in nature and beaming with natural beauty, I found a perfect spot for my tribe to let loose & enjoy sisterhood, feast on natural foods, make new friends, have real conversations and reflect on their lives, dine by candlelight, step out and try something néw.. to show up more fierce & fabulous than ever before surrounded by women on the same journey.
